Your Neighbourhood

Run Safe Neighbourhoods problem solving meetings in each ward to tackle local problems and concerns that matter to you.
Safe Neighbourhoods groups are made up of people who are able to take actions – your Neighbourhood Police Sergeant, Community Safety Officer, local Councillors, Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue, and the local Your Homes Newcastle Housing Manager.
Safe Neighbourhoods plan operations, campaigns and events in local neighborhoods to tackle crime and community safety problems, for example tackling anti-social behavior, deliberate fire setting, and improving community confidence and feelings of safety.
We encourage all residents to report any crime or community safety issues in their neighbourhood so together we can make communities safer.
