Domestic Violence and Abuse Training

The Safe Newcastle Domestic Violence and Abuse Multi Agency Training Programme provides training courses for practitioners and volunteers working in Newcastle.

• Do you work or volunteer in Newcastle?
• Does your work bring you into contact with individuals and/or families affected by domestic violence and abuse?
• Do you want to improve your awareness and understanding of domestic violence and abuse and how it impacts on victims/survivors and their children?
• Do you want to learn how to work effectively with those affected by domestic violence and abuse to improve the safety of victims/survivors and their children?

Note: The courses are aimed at people who work in organisations that have a role in identifying domestic violence and abuse and working with victims, children and/or perpetrators of abuse. The courses are not suitable for individuals or members of the public who do not work or volunteer for an organisation.
