Anti-social behaviour is behaviour that causes nuisance to others. It can range from dropping litter to serious harassment. Most people have been affected by anti-social behaviour at some point. People's experience of anti-social behaviour ranges from occasional and mildly irritating to having a serious effect on their health, peace of mind and quality of life.
It also affects how people feel about their local area where they live and the city as a whole. It can even impact on how people feel safe going about their daily lives.
